In 2026, we have these two main group training options on the weekend;

• North Geelong – Saturday at 9.00am – 10.30am
• Lara – Saturday at 7.30am – 9.00am

Various training options are also available throughout the week.

Existing members: Buy a Pay as you go (PAYG) single pass or pre-paid training card below to attend any training class. Pre-paid training cards can be used as credit towards PAYG single passes.
